Notes of Reflection (NOR) is a 60-minute immersive experience blending philosophy, violin, and ambient soundscapes. Each event presents a series of grounded, existential concepts, giving audiences a framework for reflection. These philosophical prompts to help people slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Each experience adapts to the audience, while remaining rooted in introspection and clarity.

Following each idea, Atlas performs an improvised violin meditation, created in the moment to resonate with the concept, and evoke introspection. Designed for intimate audiences of 20–50 people, with light movement welcome.

This is a space for reflection. Music and words are here to help you think and feel. It’s not about learning anything new but noticing what’s already there.
